The reputation and the success of DemandFlow rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.

30-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with DemandFlow, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by DemandFlow within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Products like software access and file downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to DemandFlow without prior authorization from DemandFlow will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and DemandFlow will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by DemandFlow within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
